braddan is located in Kitsilano area of Vancouver. this facility underwent a complete renovation in 2001. the building boasts views of the mountains and ocean as well as large windows and homelike furnishings. currently braddan has 72 licensed beds and this includes 52 residential care beds and 20 transitional care unit beds.

room types include singles, doubles, three bed wards and four bed wards. each room is equipped with cable access and telephone access. each resident is responsible for the cost of their phone line and the provision of a television should they require one.
