Seeking reliable, self-motivated individual w/min 3 years’ experience.

Responsibilities:

• Experienced painter, preventative maintenance, repairs, monitoring building systems, conducting fire drills, overseeing service contracts. Must possess great knowledge of plumbing, technical, electrical, HVAC & Sprinkler systems, generators, etc.
• Clear understanding of fire code and health & safety regulations. Effective communication sills and team player are integral.
• Experience in a senior environment/residence is an asset.
