Local Retirement Residence looking for an assistant Maintenance with a MINIMUM 5+ years experience with Maintenance.

• Must be available weekends & holidays
• Must be able to do most if not all of the following
• Painting
• Drywall
• Plumbing
• Tiling

Regular Maintenance within resident suites

• Must be dependable & reliable
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must have Vulnerable Sector Police Clearance or can obtain one
