Job Summary
The successful candidate's primary functions are maintaining inventory, setting up devices, training on device use, working with CellTrak and assisting with troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Providing technical assistance/troubleshooting for devices & CellTrak application
- Identify issues and solution where able, escalate issues as required
- Maintaining device inventory records
- Ordering stock devices
- Liaison with IT Tech support through help desk process
- Monitor or tracking and logging inquiries for trends, underlying problems(Analysis on trends & support - maybe training related)
- Support frontline and management
- Device and application set up for staff
- Setting up email on device
- Configure settings on user's device like (hide phone number, increase time display)
- Bilingualism an asset
Qualifications
- Post secondary education in Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent experience
- Ability to assess user's technical knowledge
- Experience in healthcare is an asset
- Logical with analytical and problem solving skills
- In depth understanding of the software/equipment
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
- Ability to speak French is an asset in French Designated areas
- Current and original copy of a satisfactory Criminal Records Check is required upon the start of your employment
- A Vulnerable Sector Search and/or Child Abuse Registry Check may be required
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment; Attention to Detail; Lift and carry using appropriate lifting techniques; Bend, push, pull, grip, reach, kneel, crouch using good body mechanics; Walk sit, stand, climb stairs; Repetitive fine hand movements.
