Key Responsibilities:
- Creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors
- Reception of all incoming calls and other general communications
- Responding to face-to-face enquiries and requests from visitors and residents
- Reviewing and following up documents, data entry and document management
- Supporting the management team in emergency situations
Requirements:
- Previous administrative and/or reception experience essential
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to maintain a calm and professional manner at all times
- Well organized, accurate and detail-focused
- Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
