Key responsibilities include:
- Directing management and supervising business operations within the community
- Coordinating and overseeing all Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable
- Ensuring efficient and effective communication with other departments
- Monitoring business unit efficiency levels and financial resource utilization

- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of office experience; sheduling/staffing and payroll experience a plus, experience in a senior living setting preferred
- Must be professional, organized and able to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency with computers and software applications, including typing and Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communications abilities, as well as customer service skills
- Flexibility with schedule
- Must enjoy working with the senior population
