We are seeking an accomplished, customer-focused Executive Chef to direct and manage all aspects of our high quality food and beverage operation to meet the nutritional needs of our residents, and to provide them with memorable dining experiences.
The successful candidate will have completed a two year community college Food Service Supervisor course or equivalent, along with a Red Seal designation. Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills are a must. Several years of related experience in large quantity food preparation, computer proficiency, budget and inventory management, and excellent written and verbal English skills are essential.
