Job Summary
As Administrative Assistant you will be the "First Contact" with all callers and visitors responsible to welcome them to a friendly and professional atmosphere. You will also be part of the Administrative Team working together to ensure seamless customer and operational service delivery.
Qualifications
The successful candidate requires:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel & Publisher)
- Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective organizational skills and ability to accept direction
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrates professional manner and can work cooperatively with colleagues, donors and community partners
- Ability to speak French is an asset in French Designated areas
- Current and original copy of a satisfactory Criminal Records Check is required upon the start of your employment
- A Vulnerable Sector Search and/or Child Abuse Registry Check may be required
