Key Responsibilities include:
- Assisting community guests and visitors
- Responding to all inquiries about the residence
- Greeting visitors while monitoring the inside and outside of building
- Performing administrative support tasks for community; answering phones and recording and routing messages to appropriate person and receiving and distributing mail
- Maintaining a secure environment for all residents and associates within the building and on community grounds, as well locking doors in hallways and kitchen once staff has left
- High school diploma or GED
- One year experience as a receptionist and/or administrative support
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with computers, word processing software, and basic typing skills, strong phone skills preferred
- Must enjoy working with the senior population
- Flexible with schedule and available to work weekends, holidays and midnight shifts when needed
