Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating block schedules and ensuring they are kept updated for CNAs, Nurses, and other staff as needed
- Filling all open shifts for CNAs and Nurses by contacting back up associates according to established protocol
- Receiving and entering care plan sheets for CNAs supplied by management
- Preparing and posting daily assignment sheets for CNAs and Nurses based on block schedule
- Maintaining updated call lists for community management and associates as needed

- High school diploma or GED
- Two (2) years of schedulig experience; must have previous experience with block scheduling
- Practical Nursing Licensure (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) for the state of FL
- Strong ability to multi-task and detail oriented
- Proficiency with computers and software applications necessary to perform job functions
- Flexible with schedule
