Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with daily activities of living, including grooming, bathing, dressing and toileting as needed
- Transferring residents to and from activities and meals
- Providing direct care to residents following individual service plans
- Recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence

- High school diploma or GED
- Previous Assisted Living experience preferred but not required
- Flexibility with schedule, including availability to work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
- Must enjoy working with the senior population
