ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE
Under the direction of the Office Manager is responsible for performing Administration tasks in an efficient manner, interact with our customers in a professional way and present a positive company image.
BACKGROUND/QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum grade 12 education. Must be able to follow oral and written instructions in the English language. Computer knowledge a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Participates and contributes to the Continuous Quality Improvement Program.
- Answer and directs all telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepares daily, weekly and monthly lists and distributes accordingly.
- Complete administration tasks as assigned.
