Qualifications: 

• Agrees with the objectives and philosophy of the Village and displays a caring, respectful attitude toward the residents, families, and team members
• Supports and embraces a resident-centered social culture
• Possesses excellent skills in time management, organization, program planning, and leadership
• Demonstrates skill with computers (PointClickCare, MS Word, internet, and office equipment)
• Able to provide exemplary customer service to residents
• Communicates effectively with others
• Works well independently and as a co-operative team member
• Possesses a Degree or diploma in recreation or related studies from a recognized post-secondary institution
• Previous experience working with the seniors population would be an asset
• A musical background would be an asset
• Able to cope with the physical, mental, and emotional demands of the job
