City Creek Post Acute is currently seeking a Transportation Coordinator to join our outstanding team!
City Creek Post Acute is a 73 bed capacity skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Salt Lake City, Utah between downtown and the University of Utah where residents and their families feel loved, informed, and comfortable. This position will require a person who is willing to take responsibility and ownership of the transportation of residents to our facility from other facilities and to and from follow up medical appointments in a courteous and timely manner. This person will be a key member of the City Creek Team in that they will provide a positive impression of our facility and impeccable communication to the medical offices in the community. The most successful candidate will develop caring relationships with the patients and practice quality customer service with residents and their families taking the role of patient advocate when necessary.
