Job description
Duties & Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing tables and banquet area for event, meeting expectations of the Inn;
- Welcoming our guests and effectively serve a number of courses;
- Inspecting the food being served and ensure server and quality standards are being maintained;
- Clearing and resetting tables and banquet area after guests depart;
- Any other duties as assigned by a manager;
- Cash handling skills, an asset;
- A la carte serving skills; an asset
Job Requirements
- Smart Serve Certified;
- Transportation to hotel;
- Will be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays;
- 1-3 years of food service customer service experience, preferred;
Physical Requirements
- Continuous standing and walking;
- Bending;
- Ability to lift and carry a weight of approximately 50 pounds;
