Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee management and day to day operations of the community
- Hire and supervise employees ensuring adequate staffing
- Implement approached and services to maintain and enhance resident independence and satisfaction
- Participate in sales and marketing activities while developing and implementing an annual business plan that achieves the financial goals and maintains high occupancy through marketing strategies.

- 3 years Executive Director experience in an assisted or independent living community
- Assisted Living Administrator's license in the state a plus
- Assisted Living experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, gerontology, business or related field preferred
- Ability to read & interpret financial statements & manage a budget
- Work history that supports ability to hire, direct & manage associated with the aging population
