Key Responsibilities include:
- Under supervision, cleans, polishes, and sanitizes gathering and public spaces including lobbies, halls, stairwells, activities rooms, dining rooms, elevators, etc. to present the community in a positive and impressive manner for residents and guests
- Cleans residents’ apartments on a weekly basis or as needed
- Maintaining assigned areas in an orderly and attractive manner
- Ensuring that the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation is maintained at all times
- Submitting work orders to the maintenance team as needed
- Taking initiative to ensure resident safety and satisfaction is a priority
- Interacting with residents and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner, providing assistance and directions as requested

- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of previous housekeeping/cleaning experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Must meet all health requirements, including TB, and pass background checks
- Flexibility with schedule; availability
- Must enjoy working with the senior population
