Regional Nurse (Regional Director of Health Services), Career opportunity in Stockton, California

Five Star Senior Living is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Health Services (regional nurse) for California. This position will provide regional clinical support for several of our locations that include CCRCs, Assisted Living & Independent Living communities, and memory care communities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Regularly visiting each community to evaluate the quality of services provided
• Providing clinical guidance to assist with care management and problem solving
• Reviewing policies and procedures in conjunction with the Regional Director of Operations
• Ensuring compliance with all agencies
• Participating in the hiring and orientation of care staff

• Current licensure as a CA Registered Nurse is required
• Prefer BSN (or RN with non-nursing bachelors)
• Multi-site experience including experience in CCRCs
• Extensive state & federal regulatory knowledge
• The ability to travel, handle multiple priorities, and work flexible hours
