Key Responsibilities include:
- Performing general cleaning assignments in apartments, hallways, and common areas
- Cleaning, polishing, and sanitizing gathering and public spaces including lobbies, halls, stairwells, activities rooms, dining rooms, etc
- Preparing apartments for move-in as assigned
- Participating in annual cleaning schedules
- Utilizing cleaning chemicals properly and safely in accordance with department guidelines
- Informing supervisor of any pertinent resident issues or concerns
We seek the following qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- One or more years of previous housekeeping/cleaning experience in a senior living environment
- Great communication skills
- Flexibility with schedule
- Must enjoy working with the senior population
