Key Responsibilities include:
- Providing resident care under the supervision of the Resident Care Director
- Assisting residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, and incontinence care
- Facilitating programs to engage residents
- Maintaining a positive and homelike environment for residents while ensuring they feel safe and purposeful

- High school diploma or GED
- Current Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in the state of practice and CPR certificate
- Willing to train
- Flexibility with schedule and available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively with resident, families, staff, vendors, state officials, and the general public
- Must have compassion for and a desire to work with seniors, specifically those with dementia/Alzheimer's
- Must meet all health requirements (including TB) and pass background checks
