Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
- Transferring residents to and from activities and meals according to their individual service plans
- Serving meals to residents in the dining room or their apartments
- Recording and reporting changes in resident eating habits to supervisor
- Initiating and participating in leisure activities provided for residents
- Maintaining residents' daily records in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedures

We seek the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; must have caregiver certificate
- 2 years of experience; Dementia care experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility with schedule, including availability to work weekends
- Must enjoy working with the senior population
