SCHEDULE: Full-time, 75 hours bi-weekly days and evenings, every other weekend. This is intended to define the normal hours of work for employees but shall not be interpreted as a guarantee of hours, therefore, employees must be available to work flexible hours as may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Grade 12 or equivalent. Red seal or equivalent desired. Experienced in quantity food preparation and the preparation of therapeutic diets. Must be familiar with the use of kitchen equipment. Current Safe Food Handlers Certification. Must have empathy for, and an understanding of the needs of the elderly. Must have computer skills. Must have the ability to speak, read and write in English, and to follow oral and written directions, and do arithmetic calculations.
