Key responsibilities include:

• Functions as a member of the management team to achieve community goals
• Manages the sales team of 2+ associates
• Maintains and/or improves upon the occupancy level and revenue production of the community to include managing the sales process and completing all activities required for a sale
• Manages the sales process by assisting prospective residents, their family members, and/or advisors in the decision-making process by understanding their needs and educating them about the community’s services and programs
• Represents the community and increases awareness through participation in outside events, professional groups, and community involvement in the local market

Key Responsibilities include:

• Performing general cleaning assignments in apartments, hallways, and common areas
• Cleaning, polishing, and sanitizing gathering and public spaces including lobbies, halls, stairwells, activities rooms, dining rooms, etc
• Preparing apartments for move-in as assigned
• Participating in annual cleaning schedules
• Utilizing cleaning chemicals properly and safely in accordance with department guidelines
• Informing supervisor of any pertinent resident issues or concerns

(1) providing assigned residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with nursing care procedures and as directed by supervisor and/or team leader.

(1) provide direct nursing care to residents and (2) supervise day-to-day activities performed by Certified Nursing Assistants in accordance with state and federal standards that govern facility.

(1) in conjunction with the direct supervisor and the Regional Vice President of Sales, ensure the benchmarks for the sales team are achieved, (2) communicate challenges from the sales team to management, (3) hold the sales team accountable to sales activity on a daily basis, and (4) plan, implement, and evaluate results to meet or exceed overall community budgeted occupancy.

• Administering medication and treatment in accordance with physicians' orders and within state licensure regulations
• Documenting and reviewing medication and treatment sheets for accuracy and compliance and monitoring responses to treatment plans
• Reconciliation of controlled substances during shift and counting controlled substances with off going nurse
• Providing general consultation regarding health-related concerns within the community

• Assisting residents with daily activities of living, including grooming, bathing, dressing and toileting as needed
• Treating each resident with respect while recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence
• Transferring residents to and from activities and meals
• Providing direct care to residents following individual service plans
• Fostering a home-like environment by recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating block schedules and ensuring they are kept updated for CNAs, Nurses, and other staff as needed
• Filling all open shifts for CNAs and Nurses by contacting back up associates according to established protocol
• Receiving and entering care plan sheets for CNAs supplied by management
• Preparing and posting daily assignment sheets for CNAs and Nurses based on block schedule
• Maintaining updated call lists for community management and associates as needed
