As a Sunrise cook, you will be responsible for the preparation and serving of meals, sanitation of food service areas, accurate record keeping, receiving, rotating and inventory of products and regulatory compliance. Serving the residents in our community and as a key member of the dining services team, you will ensure all special dietary needs are met and prepare texture modified food as directed. Responsibilities The LPN Medication Care Manager is responsible for providing the highest degree of quality care and services by administering medication and treatments in a safe organized manner. The Dishwasher is responsible for performing various kitchen cleaning and storage activities such as but not limited to dish washing, pot washing, general and equipment cleaning, storage and rotation of food and supplies. Responsible for janitorial duties in various dining services areas such as Dining Room, Bistro and other areas associated as a Dining Activity. Responsible for handling all foods, storage and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning and preparation.

The Life Enrichment Manager is responsible for consistently engaging residents in familiar routines of daily living through personalized Life Skills that 'Create Pleasant Days' for residents. Life Skills are familiar tasks that residents enjoyed doing in the past that can still bring a sense of success, meaning and purpose in the present. The Life Enrichment Manager is responsible for designing Life Skills to reflect each resident's past interests and for providing them with encouragement, prompts and hands on assistance.

• Evaluates resident's interest and involvement in Life Skill.
• Develops Life Skills tailored to each resident's unique needs and abilities.
• Engages residents in Life Skills throughout the day and evening.
• Assist in maintaining an inventory of Life Skills programming supplies.
• As applicable, assist residents with daily care of any animals and/or plants as part of the Life Skills program and services.

Responsibilities will include:

• Works closely with the Executive Director and Regional Director of Sales & Marketing in the development and execution of the sales & marketing plan.
• Meets or exceeds the sales activity standards as determined by the Regional Director of Sales & Marketing. These sales activity standards include quotas for daily telephone lead base follow up calls, appointments, on-site and off-site sales activities, and other sales related performance metrics.
• Develops strategic sales and marketing plans for the community and work closely with other department heads to ensure that such plans meet the needs of the community.
• Provides outstanding sales leadership and management skills to ensure top performance by all members of the department. Leads by example
• Coaches and mentors all staff within the department to ensure consistent top performance, foster cooperative sales behavior, and to ensure success in achieving sales and occupancy goals.
• Provides regular and ongoing coaching and training to direct reports and other team members.
• Demonstrates excellent sales skills through: Establishing and maintaining client relationships, discovery of client’s needs and desires with the community’s products and services, closing and post-sales activities. Uses good listening techniques and demonstrates exceptional customer service.
• Completes and maintains the Five Star CRM (lead database) for all potential residents and referral contacts within 24 hours of time of activity. This includes documentation of all completed and scheduled sales activities, including move-ins and move-outs.
• Hosts events for the lead base and professionals to increase traffic in the community.
• Demonstrates proficiency in pulling, analyzing and completing sales reports
• Interprets and implements management policies
