Key responsibilities include:

• Provides residents with nursing services and administers medications and treatments in accordance with physicians' orders and within state licensure regulations.
• Documents and reviews medication and treatment sheets for accuracy and compliance .
• Monitors responses to treatment plans. Counts controlled substances with off going nurse, reconciliation of controlled substances during shift.

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
• Transferring residents to and from activities and meals according to their individual service plans
• Serving meals to residents in the dining room or their apartments

Key responsibilities include:

• Implementing and coordinating the delivery of care in collaboration with physician and resource health care personnel

Position Summary: The Dietary Aide provides assistance in all food functions as directed/instructed and in accordance with established food policies and procedures services to our residents. This position reports to the Director, Dining Services.

Essential Functions:

• Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance
• Assist in serving meals as necessary and on a timely basis
• Serve food in accordance with established portion control procedures
• Assist in daily or scheduled cleaning duties, in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Clean work tables, meat blocks, refrigerators/freezers, etc
• Sweep and mop floors as directed
• Carry soiled utensils, etc., to wash area
• Return clean utensils to proper storage areas
• Wash and clean utensils as directed
• Carry out garbage and keep work areas clean, dry and free of hazardous equipment, supplies, etc.
• Set up meal trays, food carts, dining room, etc., as instructed
• Assist cook in preparing meals
• Distribute and collect menus as necessary
• Obtain food supplies for next meal
• Assist in checking diet trays before distribution
• Deliver food carts, trays, etc., to designated areas
• Serve food in dining room as instructed
• Perform dishwashing/cleaning procedures. Assure that utensils, etc., are readily available for next meal
• Remove food trays from carts, dining rooms, etc., and take to dishwashing area
• Prepare and deliver snacks, etc., as instructed
• Performs all duties in adherence to Senior Lifestyle Corporation standards.

Position Summary: Assists with the community accounting and payroll functions. This position reports to the Business Office Manager.

Essential Functions:

• Maintains basic knowledge of computer software and internet applications.
• Maintain residents and business office files.
• Assists in answering resident billing issues. Also maintains the ancillary charge worksheet on a weekly basis.
• Ensures that move-in deposits and rents are deposited in a timely manner.
• Sends monthly delinquent notices and follows collection guidelines.
• Process resident lease renewal letters.
• Ensures that payroll is accurately prepared and reported to the corporate office at the time designated.
• Ensures that accounts payable procedures are processed timely & accurately.
• Ensures that all proprietary, financial, and resident information is kept confidential.
• Monitors and records petty cash disbursements and reconcile to replenish.
• May assist with concierge coverage
• Respect and maintain confidentiality of the office, its records and restricted information.
• Understand roll in the safety and disaster plan.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required.

Position Summary: Housekeepers are responsible for maintaining cleanliness of resident's apartments and common areas as assigned by the Director of Housekeeping. This
position reports to the Director of Housekeeping.

Essential Functions:

• Performs general cleaning assignments in apartments, hallways and common areas.
• Prepares apartments for move-in as assigned.
• Participates in annual cleaning schedules.
• Utilizes cleaning chemicals properly and safely in accordance with department guidelines.
• Informs supervisor of any pertinent resident issues or concerns.
• Keeps housekeeping carts and vacuums clean and in good working order.
• Participates in energy awareness program.
• Attends all required training, in-service, and staff meetings.
• Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.
• Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.

Position Summary: Provides a high quality meal at all times to residents, guests, and staff. Participates in all aspects of food production. This position may be required to supervise other staff positions. The cook reports to the Executive Chef and or Director of Dining Services.

Essential Functions:

• Prepares all food in accordance with the daily menu planner, using Senior Lifestyle standardized recipes, in a timely manner.
• Works the food line during mealtime.
• Plates food in an attractive manner and ensures that all condiments and garnishes are prepared and served with the appropriate foods.
• Keeps work area and serving line equipment clean and adheres to sanitation cleaning schedules.
• Ensures proper food temperature maintenance.
• Keeps stock rooms, coolers & freezers clean and ensures that food supply stocks are rotated, all perishables are labeled, dated and stored properly.
• Keeps food waste to a minimum by using food storage and food recycling techniques.
• Attends all required training, in-service, and staff meetings
• Performs all duties in adherence to Senior Lifestyle Corporation standards.
