The Life Enrichment Manager is responsible for consistently engaging residents in familiar routines of daily living through personalized Life Skills that "Create Pleasant Days" for residents. As a Sunrise cook, you will be responsible for the preparation and serving of meals, sanitation of food service areas, accurate record keeping, receiving, rotating and inventory of products and regulatory compliance. You will follow the specially prepared Sunrise menus and production sheets to maintain the highest possible quality and consistency. Compliance with all record keeping, food safety and risk management requirements are essential.

Responsible for performing general housekeeping duties in resident suites, public areas and support areas as assigned while meeting or exceeding Sunrise's quality standards.

Such responsibilities include: -

• Maintaining the commercial laundry in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition.
• Collecting, cleaning and redistributing the community laundry.
• Properly sorting, washing and drying linens following the approved laundry procedures.
• Responsible for trash collection and removal and maintaining trash receptacles and collection areas in a clean, sanitary manner.
• Assists Care Givers and Department Leaders with resident care when requested.

The Designated Nursing Assistant / Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A) at THE QUADRANGLE is responsible for providing direct resident care including nursing/clinical care, personal, nutritional and restorative care in the skilled nursing operations and other areas throughout the community as appropriate.
