In this flexible arrangement, you’ll help oversee our community’s day-to-day business operations while ensuring that our residents’ lives are as enjoyable as possible.
As Community Flex Managers, you and your partner will have the opportunity to honor our seniors by enhancing their health, safety and social interaction. You will typically work assignments that range from a couple of weeks to a couple of months at one of our communities in order to provide vacation or medical leave coverage for a community’s long-term Managers.
