The Life Enrichment Manager is responsible for consistently engaging residents in familiar routines of daily living through personalized Life Skills that "Create Pleasant Days" for residents. Life Skills are familiar tasks that residents enjoyed doing in the past that can still bring a sense of success, meaning and purpose in the present. The Life Enrichment Manager is responsible for designing Life Skills to reflect each resident's past interests and for providing them with encouragement, prompts and hands on assistance. - Evaluates resident's interest and involvement in Life Skill. - Develops Life Skills tailored to each resident's unique needs and abilities. - Engages residents in Life Skills throughout the day and evening. - Assist in maintaining an inventory of Life Skills programming supplies. - As applicable, assist residents with daily care of any animals and/or plants as part of the Life Skills program and services.

As the Assisted Living Director and department leader, you will facilitate and lead the Assisted Living Neighborhood team. This includes recruiting, hiring, training and coaching a high quality team. Providing recognition and creating an engaged culture for your team members, residents and families will be an important part of your leadership role. This position will also assist the Executive Director (ED) with the overall leadership, management and success of the community.

The Maintenance team member is responsible for performing general maintenance and housekeeping duties in the community and around the community grounds as assigned. Responsible for assisting with maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable environment for the residents, guests and team members.

As a Sunrise Activities Assistant you will be responsible for assisting with the day to day activities and programs for a Sunrise Senior Living community. You will assist and lead volunteer based activities and programs that enrich the lives of the residents.

As an Activities Assistant you will maintain relationships with local schools, businesses and social organizations in maintaining an active network of volunteers and community resources. You will maintain a monthly calendar of activities and events that provide a variety of resident and family centered experiences.

In the role of "Reminiscence Coordinator" you will be responsible for leading and managing the reminiscence neighborhood. You will champion the resident care and programs, and share your knowledge through outreach and support to families. At Sunrise, we build personal relationships and trust with each of our residents by selecting a designated care manager for each resident. This benefits the residents and team members by deepening the understanding and bond between them. As the Reminiscence Coordinator, you will facilitate that process and lead the Reminiscence Neighborhood team. This includes recruiting, hiring, training and coaching a high quality team. • The Host / Hostess is responsible for providing resident services during meal periods.
• He/She will be greeting and seating residents and guests in a professional, courteous manner.
• Responsible for handling all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and compliance with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.
• Performs and assists with pouring/providing beverages and other service and bussing functions as necessary.
• Monitors seating flow, dining room services and food availability on an ongoing basis to ensure prompt and courteous dining service.
